Meditation on the Beach

This morning, while in Virginia Beach, VA with my choral students at a choir competition, I had the great opportunity to offer an early morning guided meditation on the boardwalk.  The view was fantastic, the sound of the crashing waves was calming, and the group that participated said that it was one of the high points of the weekend.  I wish I could do this here once a week!
