I had a wonderful experience presenting at the annual Balanced Mind Conference at Molloy College today. The morning session was a bit challenging, as our meditation session had a soundtrack (the band music session going on next door). But the afternoon session ran better than I could have dreamed (thanks to the presenter next door, who agreed to hold off playing recordings while we were in meditation). I received some great positive feedback from a number of attendees, and I have that I was able to 'de-mystify' mindfulness and meditation for many of them.
